We at Career Studies Building Services are keen to create a long lasting relationship with employers by offering industry standard courses that can help improve the skills and knowledge base of employees while opening work experience and work placement opportunities for graduates.

At Career Studies Building Services (CSBS), OUR EMPLOYER PARNERSHIP SCHEME IS DESIGNED TO encourage professional working relationships with employers. At CSBS we are aware that as employers the development of your staff is of paramount importance to you and that you therefore understand the need for working with an organisation that can contribute to this development.

As a college we also believe that creating a partnership with local employers can help our students by creating opportunities for work placements to enable them to acquire hands-on knowledge whilst also aiding your business.

We are offering employers the opportunity to take on one or more of our students on work experience and in so doing earn points which can be converted to free training for your staff or discounts on training.

Our aim is to offer support to employers and in turn to enable them to support our students via work placements with a view to adding value to their businesses.

This is designed with you and your business in mind. At CSBS our various training programmes are aimed at giving your staff the knowledge required to equip them in providing high quality service and in turn improving the overall performance and productivity of your business. Our flexible training option is tailored to suit your business and will ensure minimum disruption to day to day running of the business. Training, skills and knowledge can lead to a motivated workforce.

Training Needs Analysis

Our advisors  will work with you and your staff to identify any training needs, develop and bespoke training to be delivered on site or at our college and offer you special rates on all our courses.

“Business Class” Building Services training

Our business class building services training is unique in recognising the important role played by employers.

The college aims to introduce a business class service for our employers. This is designed to provide a personalised service for employers and offer a range of benefits in the provision of training and development.

• Small training groups – We will accommodate your staff in smaller training groups during training.

• Flexibility in training – we offer flexibility in training 7 days a week

• Choose the place – CSBS is happy to train on site to minimise any disruption to your business.
